The stars showed up and showed out for Halloween 2026, and ET has your look at the most memorable costumes of the night! As always, Heidi Klum stole the show, dressed as her own severed hand, complete with her wedding rings. From a five-to-six-hour application process to eight hazmat-suit-clad helpers to bear some of the weight, Heidi and longtime prosthetics designer Mike Marino give ET a behind-the-scenes look at what went into creating her latest Halloween costume. While Heidi’s costume was a hit, other looks did not land; Martha Stewart is under fire for posting (then deleting) a photo of her dressed as an unhoused person, wearing tattered and dirty clothes and holding a sign reading, ‘I AM HUNGRY HELP ME!’ After initially claiming the costume was intended to raise awareness about homelessness, Martha has apologized on her Instagram for the ‘insensitive’ and ‘not funny’ costume.
