Bill Belichick is throwing a flag on this play. Days after it was confirmed that the University of North Carolina football coach and pro cheerleader Jordon Hudson had broken up last year, he shut down a question regarding the split. “Do you work for a tabloid now?” Belichick asked a WRAL reporter during a press conference Nov. 2. “I’ll keep my personal comments and relationships to myself if that’s alright with you.” Belichick’s question turnover comes after multiple outlets confirmed on Oct. 30 that the 74-year-old and 25-year-old had parted ways romantically, although reports noted they still maintain a close working relationship and friendship. And while Hudson and Belichick have not invited the world into their huddle, the former pageant star has proved their friendship has not suffered any penalties by sticking by the New England Patriots alum. After all, the cheerleader was recently spotted on the sidelines of UNC’s Oct. 24 match-up against Syracuse, supporting Belichick through his team’s 31-30 loss.
